Payment and Refund Policy

Services provided by in4MED are currently not covered by OHIP or other Health Insurance packages. Clients will have to bear the cost of any/all services. 

 

Payments can be made in cash or cheque. Payments will also be accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Interac e-Transfer.

 

A processing fee of $25 will be charged for returned cheques.

 

You will receive a full refund of any cash/cheque payment made for any consultation cancelled at least 48 hrs in advance.

 

If, under any unforeseen circumstances, we are required to cancel a consultation, you will receive a full refund of any payment.
